With a very useful 130mm aperture and its superb parabolic primary mirror, the STARQUEST DX130P Parabolic Newtonian Reflector is a highly capable all-rounder for the observation of the Moon, bright planets, nebulae, galaxies and star clusters. 

The new generation STARQUEST DX  MOUNT is a well-engineered equatorial mount that is lightweight and easy to manage, suited to both beginners and experienced observers alike. The mount, when polar aligned, allows you to easily track objects as they move across the night sky with its smoothly operated slow motion control cables. The mount has a generous payload capacity of 5kg and the fully adjustable stainless steel tripod offers excellent stability.  The mount features 360º gearing on both the right ascension and declination axes. An optional D.C. Motor Drive (code 20940) can be installed to the R.A. axis for auto-tracking purposes. Capture celestial images with your smartphone with the supplied Smartphone Camera Adaptor!
